This stool/stand is made of clay and glazed with oriental teal-green #003934 color with a touch of turquoise blue. A round ancient-style dragon medallion pattern and foo dog heads are on the body as an accent.  It is a decorative piece for indoor or outdoor as a stand or an accent piece. Unique hand-made, there is a variation in the glaze result and the finish, imperfection marks exist.
