This is a hand made oriental vintage style purple blue ( #9385c9 color hex ) enamels - fencai base color flower graphic cats accent figure. It was one of the popular ceramic export commodities in the 20th century. The design is a mix of western and eastern with a hint of imagination and artistic skill. It can be a candle holder - but the center hole is all the way through the bottom.
