This vintage display piece showcases a captivating square marble or stone panel inset within a rich, dark hardwood frame supported by four sturdy, low-profile legs with traditional stretcher bracing. The natural stone surface features a dramatic abstract landscape pattern in organic tones of moss green, cream, and warm ochre, evoking the majestic mist-shrouded peaks of traditional Chinese landscape painting. Delicate calligraphy script and a red artist seal are elegantly inscribed along the upper left quadrant of the panel, lending an authentic scholarly aesthetic to the design. Measuring approximately 7 inches across, this versatile decorative stand functions beautifully as a miniature low table for displaying small scholar's rocks, teapots, and precious artifacts, or can be mounted upright on an easel to highlight its painterly stone grain as a standalone work of art.
