This exquisite art glass figure depicts a mythical Pixiu (or Pi Yao) in a poised, proud stance, sculpted with a rich palette of translucent amber, deep cobalt blue, and smoky amethyst hues. The creature's expressively detailed head features bulging eyes, a stylized single horn, and open-jawed facial features framed by swirling, flame-like mane details. Intricate reliefs extend across its muscular body, highlighting textured scales along the shoulders and haunches, a ridge of stylized dorsal spines along its back, and a fan-like flowing tail. Light passes beautifully through the translucent glass, casting brilliant golden amber tones through its torso and deep jewel-toned blues and purples along its crest, legs, and tail, making it a captivating display piece.
