This hand-crafted celadon-glazed ceramic jar, featuring a harmonious blend of smooth, semiglossy finishes and intricate, high-relief sculptural details. The body of the small vessel is distinguished by a lower section adorned with deeply carved, vertical lotus-petal fluting, while the upper shoulder comes alive with a dramatic, three-dimensional dragon coiled dynamically around the neck. Topping the vessel is a fitted domed lid crowned by a charming, sculpted bird figurine serving as a handle. Covered entirely in a lustrous, pale green celadon glaze that pools softly in the recessed carvings, this piece beautifully merges traditional East Asian ceramic artistry with striking narrative ornamentation.
